Sleeps
1 to 4 persons. Polytimo house has two bedrooms and Monadiko house has one large traditional loft room. There is one double and two single beds at each house. A baby cot and/or a high chair can be added in the house without any extra charge, upon request and following the booking confirmation.

Free wifi throughout the premises.

Flat screen smart TV
A flat-screen 43" smart TV is available at the living room area. It broadcasts local channels, Netflix with the user’s account, youtube etc.

Kitchen facilities, cooking equipment
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, an electric oven with electric cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an Espresso machine, a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as drying/laundry and ironing facilities. At the garden area there is an outdoor wood burning traditional brick oven and bbq facilities.
 
Meals
All the electrical appliances, dinnerware, glassware and tableware as well as the bbq facilities are provided for the preparation and enjoyment of meals. Meals can be enjoyed both at the kitchen area, at the dining room area or outside at the garden area. No meals are provided by the host.
Heating and cooling units, Ceiling fans
All bedrooms have an a/c unit as well as a ceiling fan to be used where necessary. A movable heating unit and a movable fan are also available at each house for free usage at the common areas.

Fireplace – Wood logs
Guests can use the fireplace. During the cold weather the usage of the fireplace will be required for the heating of the communal areas of the house/s. Wood logs can be provided by the guests or we would happily arrange the supply of wood logs and the delivery. The cost will be given at the time. We kindly ask our guests to send us such request not less than 3 days before the arrival date.
Cleaning
The houses are cleaned and disinfected before each arrival. Starting basic cleaning detergents and toilet paper are provided for free. For stays over a week or longer additional cleaning is arranged once every seven days at times that are convenient with the guests’ schedule.
 
Bedroom and Bathroom Linen
Bedroom and bathroom linen made with 100% organic natural fibres.
The beds are prepared before each arrival. Extra pillows and blankets are available at all times.
One face and one body towel are provided for each guest as well as a hand towel at each restroom
Beach towels can be provided upon request. Please notify us well in advance.
Toiletries
One shampoo-conditioner and one shower gel miniature bottle is provided for each guest. Hands soap is provided at all restrooms and in the kitchen.

Hair dryer
A professional hair dryer is provided in the main bedroom for the guests’ use.
 
Health and Safety
At each house there are smoke detectors, emergency lights and fire extinguishers, as well as a torch and a first-aid kit.
 
Smoking
All internal areas are no-smoking. Smoking is allowed with care only at the outdoor areas.
Pets
For hygiene reasons no pets are allowed in the premises.

Car parking
Free at the public road just outside the premises.

Keys to the property
The host or a member of the team will meet the guests at their arrival to hand one set of keys and collect it at the check-out. The check-in time must be sent to the host at least three days before the arrival date. Please note we don’t have permanent staff living at the village.
